Explore Volunteer Pathways
Choose the role that aligns with your interests, skills, and availability. Review the four pathways above and decide whether you'd like to volunteer in-person or remotely.

Select Your Volunteer Membership
ASCENDtials uses a one-time $25 membership donation model to sustain the tools and resources that make your volunteer experience possible. A waiver option is available — no explanation required. Remote volunteers complete this before onboarding; in-person volunteers during onboarding.

Create Your Volunteer Portal Account
Your portal gives you access to training, communication tools, hour tracking, program materials, appreciation letters, and a living checklist that orients you to our tools and team.

Attend Onboarding (40 Minutes)
We meet every Monday and Thursday for a brief orientation. This 40-minute session introduces you to our mission, programs, expectations, tools, and next steps. All volunteers complete onboarding before beginning their pathway.

Monthly Presentation Requirement: Each team delivers a monthly presentation summarizing their progress, contributions, and learning over the previous four weeks. Teams share key accomplishments, challenges, data insights, and one story or observation that illustrates the real-world value of their efforts — strengthening cross-team understanding and connecting individual roles to ASCENDtials' broader mission.
