Where the Marina District comes alive. The MDBA Waterfront Club is our newest community experience, designed for boat owners, wellness enthusiasts, cultural explorers, and community builders who want to connect on the water with intention.

"You are about to embark on an exciting experiential journey into critical consciousness, healing, and self-knowledge."
The ASCENDtials Poetry & Writing Club is a company-run writers' club focused on social topics that impact the BIPOC community. Writers are divided into high school and adult groups, meeting monthly or every other month.
A moderator ensures rich feedback is exchanged, and a performing artist opens each session — sharing a piece to inspire writing on topics from political representation to human rights. All submissions can be published if submitted by the weekly deadline.
Starting in August 2022, ASCENDtials launched a Writer's Group for the BIPOC community with a main objective of generating influential writers whose literature creates change around social justice issues.
Explore stories that spark dialogue and deepen understanding. Our Book Club brings community members together around powerful narratives — sharing perspectives that challenge, heal, and inspire.
Our recent read: The High Desert by James Spooner. Join us every Sunday on the lawn for discussion and community connection.
Do you need access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs you can grow yourself — pesticide-free? ASCENDtials is offering this opportunity to grow together. Our garden is located in sunny Bonita, inside the beautiful Sweetwater Summit Regional Park.
The park boasts 500 acres with modern campsites, a seasonal splash pad, play areas, an exercise course, rentable picnic areas, a community room, an outdoor amphitheater, and fishing at Sweetwater Reservoir. We work together and harvest together.
