01The Brief

A well-reviewed practice, running on word of mouth.

Patrick St Dental holds a 4.4-star rating across 132 Google reviews — but that reputation lived entirely off the practice's own site. No visible fees, no explanation of Dental Card, and a single phone number as the only way in.

Before the build
✕No fee list anywhere online — patients called and asked, or found out the price in the chair
✕Dental Card acceptance went unmentioned, despite covering a large share of local enquiries
✕Phone was the only booking channel — no WhatsApp, no form, nothing outside opening hours
✕132 Google reviews sat on Google alone, invisible to anyone who found the practice another way
What shipped
✓A fee list up front, backed by a written-quote promise before any work starts
✓A dedicated Dental Card section — no limits, no premium — linking straight to dentalcard.ie
✓WhatsApp next to the phone number from the first screen, plus a call-back form
✓Rating and reviews pulled onto the page itself, next to the booking call to action
