Lessons are delivered both at our education centre and online via Zoom or Skype. Each lesson incorporates all language skills: speaking, reading, listening, and writing. We use a communicative approach where the primary focus is on practising conversational English in real-life situations.

Course fees depend on the programme selected, intensity, and format of lessons. Individual lessons start from £45 per session, whilst group lessons start from £25. During your free initial consultation, we'll recommend the optimal course for your needs and budget.

The duration of your learning journey depends on your goals and starting level. On average, progressing up one level (e.g., from A1 to A2) takes approximately 3-4 months with lessons twice weekly. During your first session, we'll conduct an assessment and provide a more accurate timeline for your learning objectives.

All our teachers have relevant qualifications and international certifications (TEFL, CELTA, DELTA). Most have over 5 years of experience and have trained abroad. If you notify us about missing a lesson at least 24 hours in advance, we'll reschedule it for another convenient time. If there's no prior notification, the lesson is considered delivered. For group lessons, we provide materials from the missed lesson and the opportunity to ask the teacher questions.
